Do you want your skin silky smooth? Who doesn’t want silky skin? We reached out to a dermatologist for some tips on having beautiful skin.
We all want glowing skin. Although we were born with smooth, silky skin, maintaining that skin over time can be difficult. The skin can become dry and rough from wear and tear. All is not lost. We tell you that there are many ways to get the soft skin of your dreams.
We spoke to Dr Noopur Jain, the founder and consultant dermatologist at Skinzest. He suggested simple steps to help you achieve a radiant glow over time. You won’t get the skin you want overnight. It will take some time. It takes patience and consistent effort over time. Although it’s possible, you must put in some effort to achieve that radiant glow.
How to Get Silky, Soft Skin
These are the easy tips for a dermatologist:
Healthy diet And Supplements
Since the beginning of time, people have heard about the many benefits of a healthy, nutritious diet. Your skin can benefit from eating fruits early in the morning. It is best to eat the fruit before it is too late. Give it at least one hour to rest between meals. Fruits should not be eaten as a meal or snack. For the best absorption, fruits should be eaten alone. Dr Noopur Jain says that a colourful plate with fruits rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibre will give your skin the boost it requires from within.”
Dr Jain explained that vegetables and fruits have many vitamins and minerals that help produce collagen, making your skin healthy, glowing, and firm. We all know vitamin C is good for your skin. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps heal skin blemishes quicker and makes it glow. Vitamin C is also needed internally. Citrus fruits such as orange, lemon, papaya and kiwi are some of the most readily available sources of vitamin C.
Eat Moringa: Although the name may not be familiar to many, it can be easily purchased online at a very reasonable price. The Moringa leaf is 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and citrus fruits. It protects your skin from harm and acts as a protective barrier.
Regular Clinical Facials to Promote Exfoliation and Skin Hydration
A good skincare routine can make a difference, but it won’t suffice. Your skin will glow and become healthier if you exfoliate it. To make new skin cells, our skin naturally sheds old skin cells. This occurs approximately every 30 days. Exfoliating regularly has many benefits. It can prevent clogged pores, flaky skin, and acne. It also helps your skincare products penetrate deeper into the skin more effectively. Exfoliating is important, but it must be done correctly. Regular clinical facials can be safe and encourage exfoliation that will help you keep your skin hydrated.
Simple Skincare Routine Enough
The skin is susceptible to changes due to climate, hormones and ageing. Regular visits to a dermatologist can ensure that your skincare regimen is current according to your age and skin type. Experts and dermatologists agree that sunscreen should be applied daily, indoors and outdoors.
You will want to crash on your bed after a long night. It is not recommended that you do this. Your skin’s makeup is an additional layer. It can trap dirt and pollutants from the day. Infections, premature ageing, enlarged pores, and collagen dehydration can all be caused by dirt. Don’t wear makeup while you sleep.
Your dermatologist may recommend that serums be applied in the morning and night. Serums penetrate the skin more than moisturizers and improve skin turnover and quality.
