Silhouette Soft Threadlift is the most recent in non-surgical threadlift technology. It provides a natural look lift and tone to the neck, face, and brows.
These dissolvable threads are made with soft cones that have been filled with bio-stimulating dermal Filler. They hold the threads in place and create an internal structure for the skin. The threads are inserted gently using a fine needle, avoiding incisions and scarring. It is painless and takes less than an hour. The immediate results are excellent and will continue to improve as collagen forms around the cones and threads.

Silhouette Soft Thread Lift works especially well when skin elasticity has been primed with CO2 laser skin resurfacing, skin needling, and/or peels. WHAT AREAS CAN THREADS BE USE TO TARGET?
You can use the Silhouette Soft thread Lift to do a full-face and neck lift, or for specific areas like:
Mid Face – This redefines the cheekbone contour. It gives the skin a more fuller appearance and reduces the nasolabial folds.
Lower Jaw The facial structure is reshaped as the jawline becomes more defined.
Eyebrows This opens the eyes and raises your eyebrows.
Neck This raises and compresses the neck tissue that is sagging.
THREAD LIFT RESULT?
Silhouette Soft Threadlift can often be noticed immediately. The tone and lift will continue to improve as the threads are incorporated with facial tissue and collagen forms around them. The best results will take anywhere from 6 to 6 months for the best results and can last up to 2 Years.
Combining Dermal Fillers with volume and toning products can make the results last for up to three years.
For more mature skin, we recommend priming for a few days prior to treatment to increase elasticity. The skin responds faster to the lift if it is elastic. Sometimes, loose or thin skin may temporarily fold over or display slight dimples. This can be corrected during your appointment or it can be fixed in a few days.

HOW DOES THE SILHOUETTE THREAD LIFTING WORK?
This procedure is intended to achieve volume repositioning and skin tightening in the areas where Silhouette Soft Threads have been placed. It involves a process that elevates and compresses facial tissue.

Before you can receive treatment, a consultation with your doctor is necessary to explain the procedure and answer any questions. Your Physician will discuss the number of threads required to achieve your desired results. We will also provide you with a written quote.

Treatment:
The procedure can be performed in-clinic without the need for incisions and sedation. The procedure is painless and local anaesthesia will only be administered at the entry/exit points.
The threads are inserted below the dermis with a long, soft needle. The threads are then placed on top of the skin. These tiny cones attach to tissue and keep the skin in the newly compressed position. Threading feels similar to a standard dermal filler procedure with a micro-cannula.
Post-Treatment:
Silhouette Soft Threadlift is very painless and requires minimal downtime. However, some patients may experience mild swelling or bruising. Sometimes, there may be a slight depression or an irregularity in the skin at the entry points. This usually resolves within a few days. The area can be adjusted gently during your examination if it does not resolve.
The following post-treatment is recommended:
- Please complete the entire course to receive antibiotics.
- If necessary, apply cold packs immediately.
- Paracetamol can be taken for 2 to 3 days
- For 3-5 nights, lie face up and elevate on pillows
- You can keep the area clean for five days. Do not apply makeup to it for at least one day.
- For 2 weeks, avoid direct/harsh sun.
- Facial massage should be avoided for at least four weeks
- For 2 weeks, avoid high-impact sports
- For 3 weeks, avoid saunas and any dental work
- For 4 weeks before and after thread lift, avoid dermal fillers (or 12 weeks if you use bio-stimulating Fillers).
HOW LONG WILL THREAD LIFTING RESULTS LASTEN?
Silhouette Soft Threadlift can often be seen immediately. The results will improve as the threads are incorporated with facial tissue and collagen production. The full effects can take anywhere from 6 to 6 months to show and may last for up to 2 years. Combining Dermal Fillers with volume and toning treatments can make the results last up to three years.
You can also do these things to prolong your skin’s rejuvenation:
- Carefully follow the recommendations for post-treatment.
- Use sunscreen every day and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- You might consider skin rejuvenation options such as CO2 laser, needling, or peels
- Follow a skin care routine that suits your skin type and condition.
- Eat a healthy diet
- Reduce your smoking habits and drink moderate amounts of alcohol.

A $100 consultation fee will be charged for your initial consultation with our Doctors. The Silhouette Soft Threadlift is available in pairs. Prices are as follows:
- 1 pair (2 threads), A$1,950
- 2 pairs (4 threads) = A$2,700
- Extra threads starting at $600 per pair
One pair of threads is sufficient for treating a brow area. However, if you need to treat the mid-face, jaw, or neck lift, 2+ pairs of threads may be required. Your doctor will recommend the right number of threads for you to achieve the desired results.

AM I UNSUITABLE?
Clients with the following conditions may not find Thread Lift treatment suitable.
- Thread lift is not able to achieve the same results as a surgery facelift.
- Within 4 weeks of Thread Lift, had dermal fillers;
- Skin that is sun damaged, thinned or has poor elasticity (please talk to our doctors and nurses about alternatives)
