If it were safe, painless and didn’t involve surgery, would you consider expanding your penis? How about a quick and easy cosmetic injection treatment to help you manage premature ejaculation? This is a common condition.

Cosmetic procedures are safer and less invasive, with a shorter recovery time. The same goes for cosmetic enhancements of the penis.

While sexual satisfaction can be described as primarily mental stimulation and control over physical size, men continue to search for ways to increase their girth and length. There are many options for enlarging the penis, including pills, weights, pumps, and other witch-doctor promises. There are only two ways to enlarge your penis.

But which injectable filler is best? There are many options, including autologous fat and silicone, collagen, permanent particles, and hyaluronic acids (HA). It is important to remember that fillers can be safely injected by a skilled physician and are reversible.

This is a natural substance found in skin and tissue that contains water. It’s the body’s natural hydrator and has been used in cosmetic injections like the cheeks and lips since the 1990s.

Who is a good patient?

CALIBRE penis augmentation candidates with the following qualifications are a good choice:

• A lower than average penis width or girth;
• A lack of confidence due to a large penis;
• Premature ejaculation symptoms can affect up to 30% of men in their lifetime.
• Realistic expectations about what injectable filler can achieve are encouraged

A variety of studies have concluded that the average size of a penis is:

• Flaccid lengths of 7-10 cm (2.8-3.9inches);
• Flaccid circumferences of 9-10 cm (3.5-3.9 inches)
• Lengths erect between 12 and 16 cm (4.7 to 6.9 inches);
• The circumference of the erect body is approximately 12 cm (4.75 inches).

Many patients who seek solutions to small penis sizes have a misperception of their actual size. WHAT RESULTS DO I EXPECT TO GET?

The size of your natural penis and the amount of filler you inject will determine how much augmentation you need.

Our minimum initial injection volume is 7ml. Although this is lower than the volumes in medical literature, it does not mean that technique doesn’t matter. It makes a huge difference to use smaller cannulas and spread the filler evenly. A single session can inject as much as 15ml of filler, which will result in a more substantial result. The goal of most men is to increase the circumference of their penis by 15-30%. The extra weight can cause some lengthening if you have greater volumes (15 mls)

You will see less shrinkage. Many men are surprised to find that their flaccid penis shrinks after swimming. Some men may feel self-conscious when changing in the gym or swimming pool. CALIBRE is a penis-holding tool that helps keep your penis in place when it’s flaccid.

How about when you erect? It will cause a noticeable increase in thickness proportional to the volume of injection, but it may not seem as obvious as when flaccid.

WHAT IS CALIBRE?

Since long ago, penis injections have been available. Penile augmentation in Korea is more common than any other country. Injections of HA dermal filler are used to increase penis size.

Dermal filler works exactly the same way on the face as it does for other body parts. The dermal filler is injected below the skin’s surface and is then naturally absorbed into the penile tissue within a week. You can massage the product gently until that time to smoothen any bumps and ensure uniform coverage.

It takes several weeks for the dermal filler’s to stabilize, absorb water, and look its best. After that, it is slowly metabolized by the body and reabsorbed. CALIBRE should last between 18-24 months. Sometimes, it may take longer. However, we expect the results to be maintained with small amounts of top-ups.

Our dermal fillers can be reversibly – even minor problems – so they are easily reversible.

Consultation

It is not easy to overcome your natural shyness when booking a consultation. You will feel relaxed once you have met with one of our CALIBRE doctors.

You are encouraged to ask any questions you have about your treatment, your body and the possible outcomes. The doctor will discuss the procedure and take measurements to determine if you are suitable for treatment.

Preparation

There are some preparation steps that you should take once you decide to undergo CALIBRE treatment.

• A few days before treatment, hair trimming can be done. You should avoid nicking or scratching your hair with a scissors or an electric hair trimmer.
• Please wash the area with soapy water on the day. The injection site will be sterilized.
• You can either get it at the time you book or purchase it from any chemist (e.g. Emla comes in a 5g tube. This should be massaged into your shaft and base an hour prior to your appointment. Wrap your penis with plastic wrap – don’t worry about your head (unless you have arranged for the injection of the glans).
• If you have any left, you can apply more numbing lotion after 30 minutes. The numbing cream will shrink, and this can be more apparent if you’re not circumcised.
• We can apply numbing cream to your skin if you arrive at least 15 minutes early.

The Procedure

A skilled cosmetic injectable doctor performs CALIBRE using a thin, round cannula. This well-tolerated procedure is painless and tolerated well. Our dermal filler is also laced in lidocaine to instantly numb the area.

A medication may be injected by our physician to induce an erection. This allows for better placement of the filler around the shaft. Additionally, our physician molds and shapes the product as he injects. If necessary, we may inject 2-3ml of filler in the penis’ head and glans. The entire procedure can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the amount of product that you have injected.

Once the injection has been completed, your penis will then be wrapped in a bandage that you must keep on for 12 hours. Your erection may take up to an hour before it starts to relax. If you have a prolonged erection, please contact your clinic.

Following the Procedure

There are not many complications. However, it is worth knowing:

• There may be some bruising or tenderness. This varies from patient to patient. The bruising may become more obvious a few days or two after the procedure.
• Sometimes swelling can last for several days. It may seem quite dramatic. Don’t worry, it will go away and we will give you anti-swelling medication. For more anti-swelling medication, contact our clinic if swelling persists for longer than a few days.
• Please call our therapists immediately if you experience severe pain or trouble passing urine.
• The product may initially be malleable. This can help you smoothen out small imperfections. You can move the product towards the base or head by massaging it in this direction. But please be gentle. After one week, the dermal filler will become part of penile tissue. Any abnormal placements will need to be disintegrated and re-injected.
• We must be careful not to inject too much product to the penis head, especially for uncircumcised men. You can gently massage excess product back around your shaft if you feel it is accumulating around your head.
• For 24 hours, avoid sex and manual satisfaction. You may find it a bit tender, so let him take the day off. For the first week, no unprotected anal sex. After sex, wash your penis at least once a day.
• Vitamin E, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory drugs such as St John’s Wort can interact with dermal fillers in a negative way, causing bleeding and swelling. These should not be taken before, during, or after CALIBRE treatment.
• After treatment, you can drive right away and there is no need to take time off work.

Our dermal fillers take a few weeks to stabilize, absorb water, and look their best. We ask that you return for a follow up consultation four weeks after your treatment. You can inject additional product if you need it to achieve even coverage during your follow up consultation.

HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LASTEN?

Penis augmentation with dermal fillers can last for a long time depending on many factors, including your metabolism, exercise, and medications.

Academy Laser Clinics uses a cross-linked, dermal filler from one of the most respected cosmetic filler and wrinkle relaxer manufacturers in the world. Although it is a bit more expensive, the product has been safe used by thousands of patients around the world for many years.

After 1 week, CALIBRE filler is absorbed slowly by the body. CALIBRE should last for between 18-24 months. Sometimes, it may last longer. However, we do recommend that you keep the results in mind.

Some evidence suggests that repeated injections of filler may have a longer effect due to stimulation of collagen at the site where it is placed. This is known as fibrogenesis.

A small number of patients will have a slower breakdown of dermal fillers. This could be due to higher metabolisms, medical conditions, or medication. This is something that is difficult to determine and is not known why. This is why we are researching cosmetic filler options that may be available for these patients. However, this will require another treatment session.

WHAT IS THE CALIBRE COMMITMENT COST?

A $100 consultation fee will be charged for your initial consultation. You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate up to $70. The following is the standard pricing for CALIBRE penis augmentation at Academy Laser Clinics. It is based upon the amount of dermal filler that is required:

Initial Treatment:

Glans Only (2ML) $1,320

Glans Only (3ML) $1,950

Silver Package (7ml) $4,000.

Gold Package (10ml) $5.700

Platinum Package (15 ml) $8,100

Alternate volumes can be quoted during the consultation or on-the-day.

We will only inject 15ml of product during the first session. However, we can provide progressive top-ups every other month to help you achieve your desired results.

Patients who come in for additional treatments will be eligible to a 10% discount on all prices.

AM I UNSUITABLE?

You must meet the following requirements to be considered a patient for CALIBRE penis enhancement:

• You must be over 18 years old
• You should not be suffering from any severe health conditions (e.g. You should not have any severe infections, vascular, or lymphatic complications, etc.
• Do not have active STIs
• There is no known allergy to Hyaluronic Acid-based fillers.
• Be realistic about the results you can achieve with dermal fillers. This includes an increase in penis size and longevity. You may also need to top-ups to keep your results smooth.
• If you have had any other penile surgery (PMMA/silicone or fat injections, etc. Please discuss your history with one of our CALIBRE specialists to determine if you are suitable for treatment.

CALIBRE is not intended to treat bends in the penis.

It doesn’t matter if you are circumcised or not.

WHAT ARE OTHER TREATMENT OPTIONS

Surgery: extending

Since long has there been surgery to increase the penis. A small incision can be made at the base to lengthen the penis. There are some complications to this treatment, including:

• Uncircumcised men can experience significant swelling in the foreskin. Therefore, a circumcision is recommended. This can be very painful and cause more downtime.
• A continuous stretching program is necessary. If not followed for at least six weeks, it may result in retraction of your penis, making it even shorter than prior surgery. ;
• The foundation of the erectile tissues can be used to make the penis shaft part of the penis. It may also point to the side or not so high when erect.
• This technique can only lengthen the penis. Published results show that it is usually only 1-2cm.

Fat grafting to increase girth

Dermal-fat grafting is another reliable option. This surgical procedure involves wrapping a thin strip of skin and the underlying fat around the penis. To do this, the penis must be “skinned” before being re-wrapped. This is a very invasive procedure that can cause significant scarring. The skin will be harvested at the area where the butt meets the thigh. Other Injectible Option

Other substances are being used for penile injections, including: polymethylmethacrylate or PMMA (permanent plastic microspheres), silicone, Vaseline and permanent dermal fillers. These substances can cause lumps, infections and deformities, as well as painful erection/sexual activities, granulomas, and severe pain. These injections are not reversible. Surgical removal is usually required.

Fat injections can be used to create a thicker or fatter penis. No fat is naturally found in the penis, despite what your member might think. Although injections of autologous fat were initially considered promising, it is likely that only 10% of the fat cells remain after the procedure. Exercises

Do Jelq exercises work? These stretching exercises are known to increase the size of your peniles. They may eventually work. See www.penishealth.com. To see significant changes, they must be performed for extended sessions (up to one hour per day) over many months. It is a fact that not many people have the time or commitment to do such an exercise program.

Traction Devices and Pumps

Penile traction devices “work” by keeping a constant traction on your penis. These devices can temporarily increase length, but may also cause an increase in width. These can be used after penile lengthening surgery to make sure the hidden erectile tissue has been advanced externally.

Vacuum devices and pumps – although they look great by creating engorgement, as blood is drawn into your penis, these results are temporary. They may also be helpful after surgery or for the management of erectile disorders. These devices don’t progressively increase the penis.

Pills/Creams/Herbs/Rhino horn

Pills are a complete scam. There is no biological reason to take any medication orally that would affect your penis size. Creams are also unlikely to work. Even medical articles do not suggest that rubbing male hormone cream on your penis will increase its size.

The fictitious belief that they will increase your manhood has led to the decimation of rhino populations around the world. Rhinohorn is made from keratin, which is similar to your fingernail and hair. Rhino horn …. is not a way to get a larger penis or stronger erections. DO NOT USE IT!

Weight Loss or Liposuction

It is possible to increase the size of your penis by weight loss or liposuction. For every 10kg excess weight, about half an inch of the penis length will be hidden or retracted. You can get to the point where your penis is ‘inverted’ if you have a lot of abdominal fat.

Fat also converts male sex hormones to female hormones – this is normal physiological behavior. Being overweight is not good for your manhood.
