Winged eyeliner is a great choice for evening makeup. But, with Christmas approaching, it’s time to add some sparkle.
There are many options when it comes to party season. You can go full-on glittery eyeshadow or add a little sparkle to your outer corners. We love glitter eyeliner at blow LTD.
This is not a glitter line you apply directly to your feline flick. This makes your liner stand out and gives it some festive flair.
This step-by-step tutorial is by Bryony, one of our professional makeup artists. You can also book an appointment at home with one of our makeup artists, and they will recreate it for you!
1. Apply an eyeshadow primer to your entire lid. Next, blend a transition shadow into the crease of the eye. Make sure it goes down below the lower lashline too. You can use a bronzer if you don’t have any transition shadows.
2. Gradually increase the intensity until you feel satisfied with the color. Apply a light shadow to your eyes.
3. Use an eyeliner brush to draw a cat-like flick on your lashes carefully. After this has dried, you can use an eyeliner brush with a metallic or glitter eyeshadow to trace the outline of your feline flick.
4. Apply a darker shadow along your lower lash line. Next, use the same eyeliner brush to apply glitter in the inner corner of the eye.
5. To brighten and open the eyes, apply white eyeliner along your lower waterline. Finish with a few coats of jet black mascara.
